2007 - Installation

This was the first project utilising my conscious decision to make more relevant work and what, in my mind is and was more honest work; work about the world I live in, using objects and experiences directly resulting in using subjects from my immediate surroundings. This ended up in a study of my home and domestic space.

This was a transition from making 2d work and 3d work, incorporating both; drawings of the objects in my house at the time were printed onto rolls of paper that were viewed by pulling a roll and looking at the drawings as on a reel in succession, I likened this to my way of seeing as a succession of frames. Combined with a found object that was part of the studies, drawings and concepts, the first appearance of a radiator.
